Introducing Sidney Del Rosario, a passionate culinary artist born and raised right here in the Bay Area. Her expertise lies in seamlessly blending trends of the Bay Area with bold and vibrant dishes of the islands - creating a symphony of flavors that transport diners to the sun-soaked shores. She believes that the preparation and presentation of food offers a glimpse into one’s values and way of life. 

Sidney is a University of California Berkeley graduate, majoring in Society and Environment. Driven by her commitment to sustainability, you will experience a unique dining experience with her. With a mother of Chinese and father of Filipino-Spanish descent, Sidney often uses eco-friendly materials such as bamboo, as well as traditional Filipino banana leaves to present and serve her palatable bites.
